  • Trading Platform Identifiers: Your MQL5 username or MetaTrader account number for software licensing and EA activation purposes.
  • Transaction Data: Payment confirmation identifiers, timestamps, and product details provided by our payment partner (we do NOT store credit card numbers).
  • License Verification Data: When an Expert Advisor verifies its license, it sends your license key, a machine identifier (a hash of hardware characteristics and a random per-machine seed), CPU model, operating system version, broker name, and the trading account number and type (real/demo). The account number is kept only in hashed form for limit checks, and the IP address is used in hashed, network-level form to detect duplicated machines. We keep security and audit events (for example activations, suspected duplication, account-limit alerts) for abuse prevention and support.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and cookie identifiers for website security and traffic analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for legitimate business purposes:

  • To fulfill software delivery and configure your license keys for MT4/MT5.
  • To provide product support, updates, bug fixes, and setup instructions.
  • To verify authorized ownership and prevent fraudulent software usage.
  • To respond to your inquiries submitted via our contact forms.

3. Payment Processing & Third-Party Services

We do not collect or store sensitive financial details (e.g., credit card numbers, CVV, bank details) on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed by our Merchant of Record partner, Whop (whop.com), which adheres to stringent PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.
